The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the paper tone is slightly warmer in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The sheet is attached to the backing mount at intervals on the reverse. The horizontal and right extreme edges are deckled and there are artist's pin holes in all four corners and another at the centre of the top edge. There are a small number of light media accretions towards the top left corner and a very faint and thin horizontal line of rubbing at the centre right of the composition, which appear to be original to the works execution. There is a 2cm fine tear to the paper on the lower extreme edge towards the left corner.
