Condition
Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the blue elements are brighter and more vibrant in the original. The catalogue illustration also fails to convey the iridescent quality of the butterfly wings.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. Inspection in raking light reveals some light handling marks to the glass. Some very light pigment dust has accumulated at the bottom of the glass box over time. Please note one of the motors has run down, however a replacement has been ordered. Please contact the Contemporary Department for further details.
