with a brush slide above four graduated drawers, the large ogee bracket feet concealing brass and leather castors

Condition
A handsome piece in good restored condition but the top may need some attention and perhaps the sides. The left with water damage and both with a age crack. The banding around the drawers possibly with repairs. Old marks, scratches minor chips and losses.

Catalogue Note
This commode forms part of a small group that have the same distinctive acanthus carved and fluted pilasters and boldly carved ogee bracket feet. It is highly likely these are all by the same hand.
