- 22.8cm., 9 in., 17.7cm., 7in. and 11.7cm, 4 5/8 in. high
comprising a large pair modelled with one front and back leg raised, painted with brown spots, wearing a moulded saddle and tack picked out in blue and yellow, standing upon green rectangular bases with chamfered corners, the edges marbled in brown and yellow, another pair brightly painted with blue spots upon high rectangular bases with chamfered corners marbled in blue and iron-red, the other pair of smaller size with one front leg raised painted brown upon a solid green base, the large and small pair with axe marks in iron red for De Porceleyne Bijl (The Porcelain Axe) factory, some restoration,
Condition
The large pair:
Each model has one ear restored, there is some minor glaze loss along the moulded edges.
The blue ground pair:
One horse: its front raised leg has been broken and re-stuck.
The other horse has been broken and restored
