Condition
The painting is overall in relatively good condition.
It has been relined, a bit too strongly, there is about fifty years. This operation has sligthly flatten the painted surface.
We can notice a network of cracks, visible mainly in the background. Those cracks don't interfere the understanding of the work.
Under UV lamp:
The painting is under a green uniform varnish.
There are some light retouching in the entablature and in the ned on the left.
