註：本幅源出湖南茶陵譚氏家族遞藏。譚氏自譚鍾麟（1822－1905）於清末歷任封彊大吏，至兒輩譚延闓、澤闓於政界或藝壇皆地位顯赫。

譚組安與高劍父早歲同襄助革命，日後從政從藝，發展路向不同，惟當年志向如一，淵源非淺。本幅具譚氏一九二六年先後兩題，各賦七言、五言一首，詩境隨畫而生，或藉此言志。雖無年款，按畫風及題詩年份，當屬畫家二十年代所出，相類構圖之作亦多見其筆下。

畫上具藏印兩方，俱屬譚氏第三代。譚弼乃澤闓次子，「仲輝」即譚光（1902－1977），父譚恩闓（1881－1910），延闓胞弟也。可知此作近百年未有外流，一直保存於譚氏家族。
