-Light foxing could be found at the left corner of the ink fan, otherwise, generally in good condition.

註：「華盦」即張君華，廣東人，好書畫，嗜收藏，上世紀三、四十年代活躍於粵港藝壇，與書畫家多有交往， 如黃君璧、葉恭綽、鄧爾雅、趙浩等，張大千南遊粵地時，亦相伴同遊，得贈畫誌別留念。與鄧芬、李研山關係尤切，屢獲贈佳作。一九三八年夏，屬李研山以其室號「華月簃」精繪長卷。本幅寫於同年，從李研山及書法名家區季謀之題識，可知張君華精鑒別，且嫻熟詩文，故有不敢草草落筆之句！
