Description

robustly potted with shallow rounded sides supported on a short straight foot, the interior brightly decorated in multi-coloured enamels with a pheasant perched on a slender branch bearing floral blossoms and peaches, further leafy stems and floral sprigs including lingzhi issuing from the ground amidst rockwork, all within a yellow-ground ruyi-shaped border enclosing auspicious Buddhist emblems and lotus blossoms, the exterior picked out with three lotus scrolls, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character reign mark

Condition

The dish is in overall good condition. The gilding on the rim is partly rubbed.
