Description
- porcelain
delicately modelled in the form of a furled lotus leaf, set with a stem issuing from one side of the rim, an attendant bud extending across the base while the other sprig elegantly loops over towards the centre of the leaf, applied overall with a milk-white glaze, wood stand; together with an associated reticulated Blanc-de-Chine stand
Condition
The Lotus Washer is in very good condition. There is some minor surface bubbling to the glaze on one edge of the base of the washer and wear to the stem of the attendant bud on the underside.
