of flattened rounded form surmounted by a waisted neck and a five-sepal crown forming the calyx mouth, supported on a narrow flat-cut base, deftly carved on one side with the skin of the fruit bursting open revealing its numerous seeds, the translucent stone of bright apple-green colour with streaks of emerald green and white, supported on an angled white-celadon jade stand carved in openwork
Condition
The miniature vase is in overall good condition with possibly some light minute polishing to the tips of some of the mouth sepals. The colour and quality of Jadeite is noteworthy. The associated jade stand is in good condition.
