Condition
The canvas appears to be original. There is a craquelure pattern across the surface and surface abrasion near the centre of upper edge. Also some thinning paint in the upper right corner. Some small spots of paint loss to the seated man on the bridge and another small spot to the right of him at the corner of the bridge. Another small area of paint loss along the right side of the lower edge and a further spot near the far right corner. The surface is slightly dirty and may benefit from cleaning.
Under ultraviolet light there appear to be no signs of retouching.
Held in what appears to be its original frame.
