Catalogue Note
First edition with the issue line 'BCDE' on title verso Loyal assistant and colleborator, Pat Hackett followed Andy Warhol his whole life, becoming his friend and confidant. Typing (and finally publishing) his diaries, she also was a model for the artist as for "Pat Hackett with banana", 1986.
Most of Warhol inscriptions's are signed with his last name. It's unusual to find one signed only with "Andy".
