of rectangular sarcophagus form, the front  and all sides ornamented with a paterae, on carved melon feet and a plinth

Condition

This is in good overall condition. Some minor wear to gilding throughout. Old marks and scratches particularly to edge of rim and around lower edge of plinth which may need some repolishing according to taste. The lead interior is worn and holed in places and may need restoration according to taste.
