Description

  • walnut pine beech glass
  • 177cm. high, 88.5cm. wide, 37cm. deep; 5ft. 9½in., 2ft. 10½in., 1ft. 2½in.
the rectangular upper section with a moulded cornice above a pair of glazed bevelled doors enclosing shelves and one scalloped display bracket, the sides similarly glazed,  the base with a featherbanded faux-panelled frieze centring a shell and foliate-carved apron, on slightly cabriole legs headed by leafy scrolls, on pad feet, formerly with further display brackets

Condition

Overall good condition. Colour and patina very good. Left hand side glass panel cracked and will need to be replaced. Losses to veneer on right hand back edge and along the bottom front edge. A rare and unusual piece.
