assis en vajrasana sur un socle décoré de fleurs en léger relief, les mains en dhyana mudra, vêtu d'un uttarasangha; avec une statuette de Bouddha en bois laqué or, Dynastie Qing, XVIIIE siècle (2)
Condition
The two thumbs of the figure are missing as visible on the catalogue illustration ; some wear to the gilding mostly to the parts whi have been touched like the face, the chest, knees and shoulders, an age crack to his right wrist and several vertical age cracks to the back and front of the stand ; the figure of buddha with his right hand almost detached from the wrist and loose and the left hand chipped, several age crackles to the surface and age cracks, the biggest on the right arm to the elbow, a 1cm area of loss to the lacquer to the back and a hole to the base where the textile is torn.
