Condition
The painting is relined. There are stable craquelure spread all over the surface. There are few tiny paint losses along the upper left edge, by the center of the left edge and towards the lower left corner. There is a trace of dirt towards the left lower margin. There are opaque areas by the upper corners by the black pigment. The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the tonality of the white pigment is slightly warmer in the original.
