Condition

This work appears to be in generally good overall condition. There are few traces of humidity on the surface and a dot of browning , visible in the catalogue illustration. No traces of retouching appear to be visible under UV light. Colours are warmerr compared to catalogue illustration.

"La variante delle tele ritorte su se stesse immette nella piega una sequenza o uno spartito di rilievi o di estroflessioni che sembrano aprirsi la strada dal grembo della fenditura, quasi volessero stabilire un ordine interno.[...] siamo all'annuncio dell'intervento minimo che dovrà prendere campo sulla superficie amorfa della tela per arrivare a organizzarle secondo sequenze ritmiche."
