Condition
The jar has fritting and a hairline crack approximately 4 in. long to the rim. There is scattered crazing on the exterior and a minor star-crack to one side of the body. There is an iron-spot on the shoulder. The underglaze blue on the jar has a blurred appearance.
The cover has two areas of bubbled glaze and wear to the cold-gilding to the rim and knop.
