Condition
Oil on board, which is even and ensuring a stable support. Under ultra-violet light there is some fluorescence in part of the blue oval which may correspond to strokes of retouching; there is also some fainter fluorescence in parts of the white pigment however this would appear to be the artist's original pigments rather than retouching. This work is overall in good original condition, and ready to hang.
Presented in a decorative gilt frame with a fabric-covered inner slip.
