Overall in very good condition. The shade is in very good condition with no visible cracks. The shade with a few light surface scratches and a few minor edge flecks to the lower rim. The shade with a few minute scattered flecks to the interior painted decoration. There is a small area to the lower portion of the exterior of the shade which has been subtly ground down, possibly inherent in the making, measuring approximately 1 ¾ x ¾ inches. The base displays a very dark patina with green highlights. The base with light surface, minor scattered discolorations, rubbing to the patina and surface soiling, consistent with age. The shade arms with concentrated areas of rubbing to the patina where the shade is placed and with remnants of felt pads; these are not visible when the shade is righted. All sockets and pull chains appear to be original and undisturbed. A complementary base and shade pairing. The shade displays beautifully detailed painted decoration to the interior which provides luminous and deeply saturated coloration of the apple blossoms, fruit, and butterflies.
