Condition
Overall very good condition. The wood surfaces with some light abrasions, dings, and scratches throughout, consistent with age and gentle use. The proper left interior of the arm with a hairline age crack measuring ¾ quarters of the length of the arm, which appears to be entirely stable and consistent with age. The cane to the seat and seat back is in good condition with no evidence of breaks. This lot is being offered with a later tufted black fabric upholstered cushion. A nice example of the iconic lounge chair designed by Jeanneret for his commission in Chandigarh.
