Condition
The canvas has not been lined. There is a pattern of hairline craquelure on the painted surface, and inspection under ultra-violet light reveals areas of retouching in the background and other scattered spots notably to the lower edge of the composition. The work is in otherwise good condition and ready to hang.
Presented in a decorative gilt frame, in a black narrow floating frame.
