Condition
The canvas has an old relining. The surface of the work is quite dirty and the painting would benefit from a professional surface clean. Under ultra-violet light no signs of retouching are visible, and this painting is in good condition.
The colours are richer and somewhat deeper in reality than in the catalogue illustration.
