In 2005 Officine Panerai partnered with the CIM International Committee for the Mediterranean and AIVE (the Italian Classic Yachts Association) to launch the Panerai Classic Yachts Challenge. Each year, alongside the regattas, Panerai releases a special edition piece. The present lot is a special edition piece from 2007.
