• fitted with circa 1900 nickel lever movement, signed Stammelbach, bi-metallic compensation balance, slide repeat • gold cuvette fitted with a second panel applied with a polychrome scene of an erotic automaton composed of one moving figure of an Egyptian maid before a standing mummy, the mummy held upright by the Egyptian God Annubis • the dial fitted with chapter ring with hieroglyphic form hours, centered by Egyptian figures striking a gold disc, the disc decorated with Egyptian deities, with other Egyptian figures above and below • the front lid with the burial mask of Tutankhamun over red ground, the interior lid with Ramses II, the back lid applied with a vari-color gold figure of the Sphinx, the interior panel with Nefertiti against a vari-color gold procession of Egyptian figures
