Overall in very good condition. The favrile glass shades are a well assembled set, displaying strong color and luminosity. Three shades with a few very small edge flecks along the top aperture rims, all very minor and concealed when the shades are installed. A few of the shades with some small paint drips and minor traces of surface residue. The patinated bronze surfaces display an exceptionally deep and rich russet brown and green patina. The bronze surfaces with minimal surface wear and light rubbing to the patina consistent with age and gentle use. All of the bronze chains and spheres appear original, intact and undisturbed. Two of the small threaded bronze pins which secure the shades to the socket rings are presently lacking. (Each socket ring accepts three pins, and the shades are entirely stable when installed with only two pins. If desired these pins can be easily replaced.) All of the accompanying patinated bronze hardware is period, including the ceiling canopy, which has been slightly reduced in height. The chandelier presents beautifully, with strong sculptural and visual presence.
