Each arched cresting above a central vase-form splat flanked by conforming S-scrolled stiles, the bow-fronted drop-in seat upholstered in contemporary floral needlework, the conforming apron raied on acanthus-carved cabriole legs ending in pointed pad feet. One chair stamped IIII, its drop-in seat stamped IIII, the other chair stamped VI, its drop-in seat stamped VII.

Good condition; beautiful color and surface; the needlework in stable condition with some areas of in-stitching; otherwise colors are vibrant; Chair IIII - toes to back feet spliced and with some inpainting; chair VI - back right toe spliced and with some inpainting; overall each with some old worm damage to rails; chairs table; rubbing and wear to carving; some minor patches to aprons; minor nicks, scratches, bruises and wear to extremities.
