Condition
This photograph is plate 3 from Ansel Adams's Portfolio III, published in 1959 by The Sierra Club. Portfolio III was issued in a total edition of 208, and this photograph is from edition '179.' The photograph is in generally excellent condition. Upon very close examination in high raking light, a small soft crease and a 2-inch faint linear impression are visible in the upper portion of the image.
