the surface enamelled in translucent yellow over sunburst engine-turning within a border of entrelac, the oval aperture containing a photograph of Empress Maria Feodorovna within a beaded frame, tied ribbon surmount, silver strut, struck with workmaster's initials and Fabergé in Cyrillic, 88 standard, French control mark

Condition

The enamel with some scratches, some of which are visible in the catalogue photograph. otherwise in good order.
