modelled by J. J. Kändler, decorated as a golden oriole, perched on a cherry stump with a beetle and fungi, with bright yellow plumage and brown wings picked out in black, the fruiting branches and the beetle picked out in naturalistic colours crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue (small losses and restoration to applied flowers and leaves, beak restored, chips to edge of base)
