Condition

The print is in generally good condition, with margins, the colors slightly attenuated. The sheet is slightly toned overall with pale mat and light-stain. The edges have several repaired tears (backed with Japan), the longest extending one inch from top, and two flattened diagonal creases at right (7 inches) and at upper left corner (4 1/2 inches). Remains of hinges at top verso, with associated discoloration and tiny foxing showing through recto, occasional minor surface soiling, and a shallow paper loss with skinning at bottom left corner.
