Two drypoints with plate tone, 1936-41, each signed in pencil, the first numbered 51/60, the second numbered 24/60, on wove papers, framed (2 prints)

Condition

The Drawbridge in in good condition, with full margins, the paper slightly toned with pale light- stain showing through to verso. Minor surface soiling in unprinted areas, with finger prints at extreme right sheet edge and upper left corner. Soft handling creases throughout with two suffed areas in lower margin. The verso with minor surface soiling, some off-printing and a single fox mark. The Standing Nude is in good condition, with full margins, the paper slightly toned with light- stain showing through to verso, and the extreme left edge with pale discoloration. Very minor surface soiling in the left and upper margins, with soft handling creases on the right and left sheet edges, and infrequent fox marks throughout. The verso with slight paper tone, some off-printing, minor surface soiling and scattered fox marks throughout.
