  • alabaster
  • Italian, probably 18th century
one inscribed: TIT. VESP.

Condition

Overall the condition of the reliefs is good with dirt and wear to the surfaces, consistent with age. There are a number of chips including to the edges of the reliefs. On three of four reliefs, a section of the ground in front of the faces appears to have been ground down or restored; it is probable that inscriptions have been erased from these areas. There are restorations including to the edges of some of the reliefs. A section of one of the reliefs at the top has been re-attached and the break is visible. A wash has been placed over the surfaces to give a sense of age.
