Condition

In overall good conserved condition. Old minor marks, chips and scratches and some minor staining to the pull-out slide. The top is slightly uneven in colour as visible from the catalogue photograph and would benefit from a repolish according to taste. The pull-out slide is slightly stiff and would benefit from easing. There are some very minor hairline cracks and cracks generally commensurate with age but these do not detract from the piece. The handles of the slide and drawers are later replacements. The base is slightly scuffed as visible from the photograph and can easily be repolished. A very minor section of moulding approximately 2cm. long beneath the left drawer would benefit from some minor attention as it has been reglued in the past and is not flush with the piece.
