Description

  • wrought iron, fabric (shade)
  • each 188cm. high; 6ft. 2in.
each with an optical shade in the form of an 18th century print, one shade depicitng 'Die Stadt Babel' and 'La Ville de Bablylone' and the other one depicting a palazzo; formerly fitted for electricity

Condition

In overall good conserved condition.There are traces of gilding. There are some very minor losses to the small trefoil decoration on the top section together with some other very mininiscule losses to the applied acanthus which are hardly noticeable.
