Condition

There is a small triangular section missing where the left leg joins the front seat-rail as visible from the catalogue photograph (chair on right). On the same chair the rear right leg has been broken in the past and been restored but would benefit from some further attention. Old minor marks, chips and scratches to the chairs, commensurate with age and normal usage. On the other chair there is a small break in the caning on the back, but this can be easily restored. There has been some minor touching up to the lacquer and the gilding. One of the chairs is quite scuffed on the back of the seat. 85cm. high, 38cm. wide, 38cm. deep; 2ft. 9½in., 1ft. 3in., 1ft. 3in.
