adapted as a low table, fitted with brass mounts

Condition

The lacquer panel has been altered to form a low table. In good general condition, with the exception of extensive age cracks and some splits to the wood, as consistent with its age. There are minor chips and losses to the lacquer, and traces of repainting. The metal mounts are tarnished. The legs may be reinforced with traces of glue along the seams.
