Description

  • gilded wrought iron
  • 105cm. high, 82cm. wide; 3ft. 5¼in., 2ft. 8½in.
with five lights and later giltwood drip-pans beneath the foliate nozzles; formerly fitted for electricity

Condition

In overall good conserved condition and can be placed immediately. There are some minor losses to the leaves which are not too noticeable. There appears to be some resoldering to the acanthus leaf at the top of one wall light. Some of the foliage on the candle-nozzles and beneath the drip-pans is slightly bent in places but this is not too noticeable.
