This hand-painted and varnished photograph has not been examined out of its frame. It is affixed to painted wood board at each of its corners with 4 nails. The edges of the print are curling slightly, likely a result of the photographer's handwork. This photograph has recently undergone conservation, primarily to address a small tear in one of its corners. A full treatment report is available upon request from the Photographs department.
