- platinum palladium print
platinum-palladium print, flush-mounted to aluminum, signed, titled, dated, annotated, and editioned '18/20' in pencil and stamped on the reverse, framed, 1966, printed in 1980 (Master Images, cover and pl. 93)
Condition
This rich platinum-palladium print is in generally excellent condition. There is a small, dark speck, possibly a feature in the paper, in the left margin. The reverse of the mount is lightly soiled from handling.
On the reverse of the mount, the Condé Nast copyright stamp is dated '1966' in pencil. The edition stamp indicates that there may be 12 signed gelatin silver prints in addition to the 20 editioned prints in platinum. The following notations are also written in pencil on the reverse of the print: '2581' (circled); 'Rives Paper on Aluminum'; 'Multiple Coating and Printing: (1) Platinum-Palladium (2) Platinum-Palladium'; and 'Print made April-May 1980.'
