Six screenprints in colours from the set of 11, 1963, each signed in ball-point pen and numbered 196/200 on the verso, also signed and numbered on the colophon, on smooth wove paper, with the colophon, title, partial text and original screenprinted cover

Condition

The full sheets, generally in good condition except for F. & S. II.42, and apart from very pale discoloration on the versos and the following imperfections. Each framed. F. & S. II.32 A 1.3cm tear at the right sheet edge center with associated ink loss, and occasional minor surface scuffs. F. & S. II.33 Sheet buckling slightly at upper corners from hinges verso, a soft handling crease at lower left, infrequent surface scuffs primarily at the corners, and intermittent surface rubbing at the sheet edges with three associated tiny ink losses. F. & S. II.35 Intermittent rubbing along the sheet edges, with four small areas of associated ink loss. F. & S. II.36 A few faint surface scuffs in the lower sheet corners, and a few tiny nicks at upper sheet edge and lower left corner. F. & S. II.39 Several soft handling creases in the lower portion of the sheet, three with associated hairline cracks in the ink surface recto, infrequent surface scuffs and an occasional nick at the sheet edges. F. & S. II.42 In poor condition mainly due to water damage that has caused the ink to discolour and the sheet to ripple, the printed surface with hairline cracks throughout, a prominent crease through the vertical centre of the sheet, and ink losses primarily at the sheet edges. The cover with surface scuffs and minor surface soiling, a stray red ink mark on the colophon, an area of surface soiling and two stray red ink marks on the title, pale time stain on all text page edges.
