Engraving, 1514, a very fine Meder a impression with strong contrasts, the dark vertical band clearly visible, on paper without a watermark as is consistent with the earliest and finest impressions

Condition

Trimmed to or on the platemark at sides, just within elsewhere retaining a fillet of blank paper all around the borderline, a central horizontal fold slightly broken through with an associated repaired tear at right edge, minor repairs at lower corners, other minor repairs with occasional touches of pen and ink mainly along upper edge of sheet and corners, other horizontal central folds (mainly visible verso), otherwise in good condition, unframed.
