The complete portfolio, comprising 39 bound etchings and 6 loose etchings, 1969, the six loose etchings signed in pencil, inscribed for Sabine David Hockney 1971 on the title-page, signed in pencil and inscribed Ed D and Artist's Proof II on the justification page (one of 15 artist's proofs aside from the edition of 100), each loose print also signed in pencil, inscribed Grimm Ed. D A/P. in brown ink on the verso, on Hodgkinson handmade wove paper with DH/PP watermark, with the original blue leather-bound book, portfolio, and slipcase, as issued
Condition
The full sheets, in good condition apart from some sheets with pale foxing. The portfolio with some scuff marks.
