Description

Condition

The first (a) is structurally sound with four old metal bracket supports affixed onto the reverse. There is evidence of old minor woodworm damage along the upper edge, and there are very minor old scattered losses to the golding as well as some minor old damage to protruding areas. The second (b) is structurally sound save for a very minor split along the top of the uppermost edge measuring approx. 1 in. caused by a nail. There is also a very loss to the gilding upper left as can be seen in the catalogue illustration/ Otherwise in good overall condition.
