Oil on canvas, lined. The picture surface is in generally good condition aside from a stable web of craquelure that is slightly cupping in some areas and surface dirt. Under UV light, there is green fluorescing varnish in the lower left corner and small scattered areas of inpainting visible. Especially along the edges and around Christ's body.
