Oil on canvas, lined. The picture surface is flat and abraded. There is a repaired horizontal canvas seam extending across the work approximately half-way up the work and another seam, with associated losses and repairs, approximately 2 inches above the lower edge. Scattered small losses especially along the edges and the corner. Under UV light, the varnish has been selectively cleaned and fluoresce a green. There are dashes of inpaint visible across the picture surface and throughout then faces and limbs of the main subjects as well as along the aforementioned seams.
