1) Two autograph notes by Verdi, unsigned, one with the biblical reference "Al verso/ voi sapete che v'amo", written on a visiting card, 1 page, (c.5.5 x 9cm); the other note reading "voi sapete, anzi vi non sapete immaginare", 1 page, on paper (c.6.5 x 13.5cm), no date; together with an autograph envelope addressed to Angiolo Carrara and three autograph address-panels (together 7 items and fragments)
2) autograph manuscript by Boito of part of the text for "Otello", the duet for Otello and Iago closing Act II, including a line not in the published version and with other differences  ("Iago, ho il cuore di pietra / Io lo percuoto e la mano mi lacera / ...larve/ ...etra")
3) autograph manuscript by Boito of the poem "La messe florida"
4) autograph letter to "Signora Maria [Carrara Verdi]", signed ("ArrigoBoito"), conveying his best wishes for the forthcoming marriage of her daughter Maria Antonietta, a girl that he has known since she was a baby, 4 pages, 8vo, Milan, 30 November [1906]
5) Four cabinet-style photographs of Verdi, Giuseppina Strepponi, Alberto Carrara and Antonio Barezzi, and a postcard photograph of Verdi with Carrara, two annotated by "Nonna Marietta" in 1903 and 1904
