  • Good eighteenth-century Spanish manuscript of organ music, including by Antonio Soler and others

notated in brown ink on four two-stave systems per page, containing thirty- two numbered sonatas (including two containing verses and "Minue Francese", together with a "Salmodia" by Rafael Angle (a series of settings for eight tones,  "para Vicente TorreƱo"), some verses set for "organo" and "cadixeta";  the manuscript contains a final addition of psalm settings by Barrera and a Te Deum setting by Antonio Soler, and a Partido by Connera; some pieces calling for double manuals, trumpet stops (or imitations of trumpets), but without parts for pedals

c.180 pages, (ff.92), oblong 4to, c.18 x 25cm, 8-stave paper, contemporary stitching, lacking covers and spine (disbound), a few tears to edges of the first leaf, well-thumbed in places
