Condition
Stable board.
There is very minor surface dirt, and discolouration to the varnish visible in isolated areas in the top left quadrant. There is craquelure to the thicker areas of impasto in the upper right quadrant, as well as a single line to the top left quadrant. There are minor frame abrasions apparent when viewing the work outside of the frame, but this excepting the work appears in very good, original condition, with areas of strong impasto throughout.
Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching.
Housed behind glass in a thick white-painted wooden frame.
