Frank Martin was Head of Sculpture at St. Martin’s School of Art from 1952 to 1979. His uniquely progressive approach to Fine Art education earned the College an international reputation at the forefront of contemporary sculpture. A group of distinguished sculptors, pupils and colleagues of Frank Martin have come together to recognise his extraordinary role in art history and education, by establishing an International Sculpture Fellowship in his name.
The Frank Martin Sculpture Fellowship will bring the most advanced knowledge, materials and technology into the sculpture studios and workshops at Central Saint Martins to benefit the students of today and the artists of tomorrow.
